Welcome to life in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn

East Williamsburg is arguably one of the best-located neighborhoods in the whole of Brooklyn. The area is on the border of Greenpoint, Williamsburg, Bed-Stuy, Bushwick and Ridgewood — pretty much everywhere you’ll ever need to go on nights or days out. And, with the L train just 2 blocks away, downtown Manhattan is only 10 minutes away.

Getting Around

The L train subway is just two blocks away. Commute to Union Square, Manhattan in less than 15 minutes.

Many also use the Williamsburg Bridge as an easy route into the city, by walking, running or cycling for their morning commute.

The Lifestyle

Enjoy a good time from sunup to sundown on the main drags of Williamsburg: trendy boutique shopping, culinary exploration, outdoor day parties, and a thriving music scene. Or, escape from it all on a quiet and quaint side street lined with trees & small walk-up buildings.

The Eats

Williamsburg has emerged as a culinary destination for both pioneer and classic restauranteurs. Some of our favorite East Williamsburg spots are Win Son, Pomp & Circumstance, and Koko’s.

For groceries, Ozzie’s Fresh Market or C Town Supermarket are less than a 4-minute walk from 270 Manhattan Ave.
